"When my mother passed I had six weeks to pull her home into the 21st century and make it into something everyone would want to purchase. I am so fortunate that Arielle Rothman was available. Her vision is exceptional. She not only decided which upgrades were important, she also supervised the implementation of those upgrades.

I hadn't even considered the garden but Arielle did. And when all that was accomplished Arielle staged it beautifully. It was a huge job. I have done several remodels and I have also had new construction done.

I have NEVER had such an exceptional project manager. Arielle had everything ready to go, with several backups just in case, before the first worker came into the house. We had a few surprises: The main plumbing line was causing a problem in the powder room. Arielle herself replaced that part because the plumber couldn't get there in time. The scope of our project was so big, with so many moving parts and it had to be done in such a short amount of time. I was skeptical that she could get it all done.

Arielle did get it all done and on time. She had created a completely new house and garden and it sold within the first couple weeks on the market. It is so rare to find someone who has vision, great taste, a mind that can see all the parts and create a working flow...as well as hiring the very best sub contractors...and getting it all done on budget and on time.

I called her a Unicorn. I don't think that is an exaggeration."
